On this site, you will find the woodturnings of Ken Ledbetter, of KCL Woods - including bowls, hollow vessels, pepper mills (some salt & pepper sets) drop spindles, boxes, and winebottle stoppers.  Ken uses a variety of woods, especially Mesquite, from Arizona, Maple from the Northwest, and Walnut.

Ken is a rock-hound, as well, and incorporates stones in his turnings.  Check out his wine bottle stoppers and peppermills - very unusual, with stones in the top.  Each stone is identified when you purchase.
This site is a good representation of Ken's work.  However, not every stone or piece of wood can be shown.  And he doesn't use every kind of wood, as not all woods are available in our area.  If you don' find what you are looking for online, e-mail and tell us.  Maybe we have it in our stock.  This especially applies to the drop spindles shown.  He makes many one-of-a-kind spindles - highly inlayed, or with a vintage button or special stone.

Of course, satisfaction is always guaranteed.  Enjoy looking around the site.
